Have you struggled to hold yourself with love & kindness or often have internal messages such as:

  • Negative self talk around any aspects of the human experience (i.e. aging, ability, etc.).

  • A critical voice when you look in the mirror & messaging of needing to “change”.

  • An awareness that the values you are placing on yourself are based on measurements that no longer fit.

  • You still judge yourself according to criteria that was true xyz.. years ago.

  • You feel ashamed when aspects of your beauty are noticed.

  • You feel resistance to taking up too much space in relationships.

  • No matter how hard you try you can’t stop comparing, judging, criticizing, resisting, self-sabotaging, etc..

  • You want to understand the origin of and chase the trajectory of your relationship to yourself.

Embodied Hope Circle of Women

All you have to do is show up with curiosity.

Join a group of women committed to having raw and rooted conversations about the challenges of our lived experiences.

We’ll examine how our identity is not separate from our bodies, but rather directly connected. This group will engage through a ReStory lens where we’ll work to identify how past experiences have impacted how we have come to the present and explore how to have a more expansive lens with agency and awareness about how we move through our stories as embodied beings.

We’ll engage in practices, reflections, somatic prompts, journal prompts, and storywork to uncover a new way of being with ourselves and the healing impact on our society as we heal.

Together we’ll journey, gently, as we re(collect) voices, wisdom, art, and poetry from others who have invited us to return back home to our embodiment and remembering the glory within.

Embodied Hope is both Experiential & Educational

Weekly sessions will include a combination of the following:

  • an opening contemplative practice

  • psycho education on that week’s topic

  • supportive group dialogue

  • weekly guided story engagement around narratives we hold in our own embodiment

  • materials to engage our senses as we explore

  • prompts and additional readings available to take home to engage at your own pace

  • art, music, poetry, video and elements used throughout
